The school Railway Club was almost a lesson and could not really be classified as a 'club'. I do not think there were any clubs as such up to the mid-1950s i.e. there were no Stamp Collecting or Chess or other clubs operating in the school.

Norwood Air Rifle Club. A brick bullet stop with sand infill was built in the basement under 3 Leeds Road and targets were plastic soldiers and model aircraft like the Red Arrows formation belonging to Kevin Cheeseright if I remember correctly.
